If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is damaged.

You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned

• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of use

• Personalised items are final and cannot be returned

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

​

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return

2. We will email you with a prepaid shipping label

3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email

4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

The following are add-ons with more information that you may want to include:

• Once your return has been recieved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

• Items lost in the post will be subject to tracking through the Royal Mail system and refund will be processed once Royal Mail have accepted the query and repaid the cost of items to us.
